Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre are recruiting for a new Director

Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre seeks a Director with strong leadership skills, passion for the visual and applied arts, an understanding of the value of lifelong learning, and a commitment to achieving positive impact with our communities.

Our nationally renowned Arts Centre is the regional centre for the applied arts in South East Wales.  We welcome over 50,000 visits each year to our unique venue in the heart of Cwmbran, which includes galleries, a craft shop, learning spaces and a café.   Our outreach work reaches across borders and our dynamic and exciting exhibitions tour to venues across the United Kingdom and Europe.

We have worked with the Arts Council of Wales on a programme of Resilience and our programme of work is set out in our new Business Plan 2018-2022, with challenging yet achievable objectives.

The Director will lead Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre in our goal for artistic excellence, community service, inclusive learning, financial stability, fundraising success, and audience engagement.

Salary:  £30,000 – £35,000 subject to skills and experience FTE, 30 hours per week (part time).  May consider full time.
