Strategic development and advocacy
Creu Cymru is an active advocate on behalf of its membership regarding the management, strategic development and funding of the performing arts in Wales, plus the three art form consortia play a major role in contributing towards policy development. As the sector’s input into ACW’s Investment Review, Elan Closs Stephens was commissioned to write ‘A Position Paper on theatres and arts centres across Wales’ - the results of four regional meetings of the membership. |

Creu Cymru staff and members of its Board regularly meet with the Arts Council of Wales at all levels to represent the views and needs of member theatres and arts centres. |

Datblygiad strategol a dadleuwriaeth
Mae Creu Cymru yn hyrwyddwr gweithredol ar ran ei aelodau ynghylch y rheolaeth, datblygiad strategaethol ac ariannu y celfyddydau perfformio yng Nghymru, ac yn ychwanegol mae'r consortia i wahanol gelfyddydau yn chwarae un o'r prif rannau drwy gyfrannu tuag at datblygiad polisi.
Fel mewnbwn y sector i Adolygiad Buddosi Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru, comisiynwyd Elan Closs Stephens i ysgrifennu "Papur Sefyllfa Ar Theatrau A Chanolfannau Celfyddydau Ledled Cymru" - canlyniadau pedwar cyfarfod rhanbarthol o'r aelodau.
Bydd staff Creu Cymru ac aelodau eu Bwrdd yn cyfarfod yn rheolaidd gyda Chyngor Celfyddydau Cymru ar bob lefel i gynrychioli barn ac anghenion y theatrau a chanolfannau celfyddyd sy'n aelodau.
